Naked Chef Helps to Reform UK Schools

Saw this on Slashfood (a new daily read of mine). I've always liked the Naked Chef, as a chef, but now it appears he is using his fame to better society and I like him even more. His project Feed me better, along with his show and book Jamie's School Dinners have helped convince the UK government that school lunches need to be changed. Dropping the fat content down to 10%!

I known for a long time that school lunches in the US are crap, and I guess the UK is no better. Or at least, were no better until recently. Way to go Jamie Oliver! Now we just need the Food Network to pick his new show and convince US schools to stop teaching our children bad food hibits.
